We need a person with experience of launching B2C products from scratch in FinTech/InvesTech markets. We will be working with a market of traders in Latin America and Africa, conducting experiments to attract users and scaling successful ideas.
what you need to do
Generating hypotheses and testing them promptly: from launching to analyzing results and making decisions to extend the project
Working with users: to research and identify needs, hypothesize target segments and attract them on the basis of the data (CustDev)
Conducting market and competitor research
Analyzing hypothesis and making data-driven decision
what we expect
To have experience in launching B2C products from scratch in FinTech/InvesTech markets (no corporates!!)
To have knowledge of web-analytics tools (better not app-experience, but web: Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika etc)
Passion for trading or investments (mandatory)
Ability to apply and work with basic marketing and product metrics
Basic understanding of user attraction channels
Would be great if you have experience with CRM-systems
